  • HOW DOES THE CARPET PROCESS CLEANING WORK?

    Ultimately, the cleaning method will depend on the problem at hand. It all depends on the condition of your carpet and which area(s) need to be treated. For instance, if your carpet has deep-rooted stains, we’ll steam clean it to reach the innermost layer. Dry cleaning uses significantly less water than steam cleaning and can be ideal for spot treatment or cleaning high-traffic areas.

  • WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE FOR CLEANING?

    The method we use for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rugs, tile & grout cleaning is encapsule cleaning method, commonly referred to as Very Low Moisture. SimplyPure Cleaning Company use  special solutions help us to removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO PRIOR TO GETTING MY CARPET CLEANED?

    Before cleaning day, we ask that you vacuum the carpet to remove any surface-level debris. Please also be sure to remove any belongings that would interfere with the cleaning process, especially high-value and fragile items.

  • DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?

    Unfortunately we do not move any furniture for safety and insurance reasons. Please move any and all furniture that may block the cleaning of high trafficked carpet areas before the technician arrives

  • WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER AS AN AREA / ROOM?

    The average room size, or area, is up to 250 square feet. Any area over 250 square feet but less than 500 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price. Room sizes may vary by location.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY CARPET?

    On average, it will take approximately 25 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on  how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

  • HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN WALK ON RECENTLY CLEANED CARPET?

    We recommend staying off of the cleaned carpet until the carpet has fully dried. It is however safe to walk on the carpet as long as your feet or shoes are clean. We recommend to be cautions from walking from carpet to hard surface as your feet may be slippery. Usually it takes from 45 minutes up to 1.5 hours.

  • WILL STAINS COME BACK AT A LATER DATE?

    ny stains that are treated and cleaned will not come back because of our stain cleaning and removal rinse process which neutralizes all residues. Some stains are permanent and cannot be removed.

To allow our customers to more accurately plan their day, we provide a 30-minutes timeframe in which they can expect their technician to arrive.
